On Tuesday SevGen was represented at the Anti Discrimination Commission’s workshop facilitated by Meg Wheatley: internationally respected author, known worldwide for her work. The workshop was to develop understanding of strength based approaches for going forward. Right in our patch! It was affirming again to hear descriptors of SevGen’s inherent philosophy spoken in terms of: future leadership; warrior path; evoking peoples creativity, caring and intelligence; having and growing premier capacities; thinking broadly and deeply.
